ALDI Smart Kids
Gift cards or donations up to $5,000 to make a positive impact on local kids’ health and wellness through education, arts, athletics, or any other program that inspires kids to be active and healthy. Applications are open Feb. 1 - Dec. 15 each year.
Awesome Grants
$1,000 for projects in a wide range of areas including arts, tech, community development and more.
Every Kid Sports Pass
$150 scholarship to help cover the cost of youth sports registration fees. Families with kids ages 4-18 who qualify for F&R lunch, SNAP, ACA Insurance and/or WIC can apply four times a year per child. *Will reopen Aug. 1, 2023
First Book Book Bank
New books and resources for free & at low cost to schools and programs serving kids in need (not a grant, but a great resource!). Book Bank books and resources are generously donated by publishing partners and are available to First Book Members for only the cost of shipping & handling—the books are FREE!
Kars4Kids Small Grant Program
$2,000 to support educational and mentoring opportunities and support to develop youth into productive and engaged members of society.
Nora Roberts Foundation Grant
$5,000 to support literacy, children’s programs, the arts and humanitarian efforts. *Can apply once/year, takes up to 7 months to hear back from submission date. Quarterly deadlines are March 1, June 1, Oct. 1, & Dec. 1
NSHSS Educator Grants
The National Society of High School Scholars offers registered educator-members grant opportunities throughout the year to offset or cover the cost of things like classroom supplies, training, and professional development. You must register as an Educator on their website to be eligible.

Ross Store-Based Giving Program
Support, primarily in the form of gift cards to schools serving a community within 25 miles of a Ross store. Mission is to create brighter futures by building academic achievement and life skills in economically disadvantaged youth, ages 3-24.
Toshiba America Grants for Math & Science Teachers
For teachers who are passionate about making science and math more engaging for their students. Successful projects tap into the natural curiosity of students, enable students to frame their own scientific questions and incorporate the expertise of community partners. Must be for project-based learning. Summer and after-school programs aren’t eligible, and requests solely for computers/laptops/tablets aren’t considered.

Whole Kids Salad Bar Grant
$3,284 for K-12 schools to add salad bars to their cafeterias
